WARNING: If you group Annotation Symbols (such as slab steps) in one scale, they won't resize (as expected) if the group is pasted into a different scale view - not even after exploded (see #4074.11 ADR 1:200 & 1:100 foundation plans).

NOTE: If you place a Detail Group in a View with a View Scale different than the scale used to create the group, the widths of Text elements will be adjusted to keep the same line wrapping, but positions will not be changed (the text/leaders will be closer together or farther apart).
