Used to be no grace period if you lost a license... now you have a chance to save.

RECOMMEND: Check out a license if your network connection is not guaranteed (VPN, etc.).

Example: RolyNZ no longer upgrades (2018 perpetual license)

Move a subscription to a different team

New subscriptions are generally added to a separate new team (instead of the main team), see "Add products and subscriptions to a team" in Manage teams in Autodesk Account. The steps needed to fix this use obscured commands:

  1. Log in as the primary admin (that has the new subscription)
  2. Go to User Management > By User or By Product
  3. Select the team with the new licenses (will look like "FIRSTNAME LASTNAME - ####")
    1. unassign all licenses (might get automatically assigned to admin)
  4. Select the main team ("KAI Hawaii, Inc."; i.e. the one you want to move licenses TO)
    1. Click the gear icon (in the top right) to open Team settings.
    2. From the Actions menu (in the top right), select Move Subscriptions To This Team.
    3. Find the subscription you want to move and click Select.
      1. NOTE: Some subscriptions (such as BIM 360) must be moved by Autodesk Support
    4. Review the selection and click Submit.
    5. Click Done to close the window.
